Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These terms apply when you access or play ThumbHigher. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
About the game
ThumbHigher is a free entertainment game that asks you to compare two video thumbnails and choose which video has more views. A run is won by answering five rounds correctly in a row. No account is required.
View-count snapshots
Game answers are determined using view-count snapshots captured from public YouTube pages. View counts change continuously, so a number revealed in the game may differ from the current number shown on YouTube. Snapshot results are final for that round.
Acceptable use
You may use ThumbHigher for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- Disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with the service.
- Bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
- Use bots or automated traffic in an abusive manner.
- Attempt to access another player’s session or non-public data.
- Use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
Source material and trademarks
Video titles, channel names, links, view counts, and thumbnails come from publicly accessible YouTube video pages. Creators and other rights holders retain their rights in that material. YouTube and Google names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
ThumbHigher is an independent entertainment project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
Shared results and external links
You may create a public link for a completed result. Anyone with that link may view the score until it expires. ThumbHigher also links to third-party sites; their content, availability, and policies are outside our control.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep ThumbHigher available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, questions, and these terms may change over time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, ThumbHigher is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. The game is for entertainment and does not provide professional advice.
Content removal
Creators and rights holders can request review or removal by emailing support@vibecodinghub.org. Please include the YouTube URL and enough information to evaluate the request.
